We have 2 convenient options for your to choose from to handle your membership dues payment.

Debit/Credit Cards:  Click here to access our online store and make your selections.  Please indicate the type of membership and include the names in the notes section of the payment page.  A receipt will be provided upon completion.

Cash/Checks: Print the form(s) and include your payment of cash or check and submit to the school office in a sealed envelope to Attn: Darnell Cookman PTSA.  Checks should be made out to the Darnell Cookman PTSA and dropped into the PTSA lock box, located in the Main office, directly across the front desk, at Darnell.   

Please make sure it is accurate.  Membership is $10 per adult and $5 per student and you must fill out a form for each member.

The PTA will notify you that your application has been processed.


Donations are also greatly appreciated.  Funds are 100% directed into student activities and programs.  Thank you for joining the PTSA!
